A major national health insurance provider had the challenge of notifying 14,000 doctors of a plan change and needed receipt of acceptance to meet HIPAA regulations. This project required the elaborate process of certified mail with registered return receipt.

Harty engineered custom forms that facilitated all the customized green material to be imaged with personalized laser printing vs. handwriting these forms. The main mailing package was imaged via ink-jet and then each envelope had to be matched to the green pressure sensitive forms and assembled. Harty�s creativity and problem solving delivered a cost effective and timely solution.
